Thank you for registering with and using Dramamint.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Dramamint regarding your purchase and use of credits and related paid services within the Dramamint application (the “Credits Service”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing credits or using any paid features.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop the relevant actions immediately.
By purchasing credits, using credits, or continuing to use the Credits Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1.1 Dramamint Users
A “User” refers to an individual who has completed the registration process for Dramamint and uses the application and related services in accordance with Dramamint’s usage rules.

1.2 Dramamint Credits Service
1.2.1 Definition
The Credits Service refers to paid virtual digital credits provided by Dramamint. Users may purchase credits through payment and use such credits to access or redeem eligible features or services clearly marked as credit-supported within the Dramamint application.
Credits are virtual digital items with no cash value and may not be withdrawn, transferred, gifted, exchanged for cash, or used for any commercial purpose.
1.2.2 Validity of Credits
Credits become effective immediately after successful purchase and crediting to the user’s account and remain valid unless:
a) the user account is legally terminated or deleted;
b) the user materially violates this Agreement or applicable usage rules;
c) credits must be cleared due to legal or regulatory requirements.

2.1
You must have full legal capacity to purchase and use credits and be able to independently assume all related legal responsibilities.

2.2
Before purchasing credits, you must register for or log in to a Dramamint account and ensure that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and lawful. You are responsible for promptly updating any changes to your information.
If you log in using a third-party account, you are solely responsible for ensuring the legality, accuracy, and availability of that account. Dramamint shall not be responsible for login failures or losses caused by third-party account issues and will not issue refunds or compensation in such cases.

2.3
Credits must be obtained only through officially authorized channels provided by Dramamint.
Any attempt to obtain credits through unauthorized means (including but not limited to system exploitation, hacking, plug-ins, or illegal transactions) may result in the immediate removal of credits, suspension or termination of the account, and legal action where applicable.

2.4
Upon successful purchase and continued compliance with this Agreement and applicable rules, users may use credits within the Dramamint application.

3.1 Credit Packages Dramamint currently offers the following credit packages (subject to in-app display):

Dramamint reserves the right to adjust credit packages or pricing for operational reasons. Any such changes will not affect credits already purchased and credited to your account.

3.2 Payment Methods
Credits are purchased using payment methods supported by Dramamint, including but not limited to Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
You acknowledge that all payments are subject to the terms and rules of the relevant third-party payment platform. Dramamint does not access or store your financial or banking information.

3.3 Refund Policy
Credits are virtual digital content delivered immediately upon successful purchase. Except where otherwise required by applicable law or platform policies, credits are non-refundable once purchased and credited to the user’s account.

4.1
Credits may only be used within the Dramamint application for features or services explicitly designated as credit-supported.

4.2
Once credits are consumed, they are considered used and cannot be reversed, restored, or refunded.

4.3
Users may not sell, transfer, rent, lend, or otherwise dispose of credits or related account access in any form.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and device security. Any loss of credits caused by user negligence, account compromise, or device loss shall be borne solely by the user. Dramamint shall not be liable for such losses.

6.1
Dramamint reserves the right to modify credit rules, eligible features, or usage methods in accordance with operational needs and will notify users through reasonable means such as in-app notices.

6.2
Dramamint will make reasonable efforts to ensure service stability. However, Dramamint shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, policy changes, technical failures, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

6.3
If a user violates this Agreement or applicable usage rules, Dramamint may suspend or terminate the user’s access to credits and related services.

Dramamint reserves the right to amend this Agreement in accordance with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Updated versions will be published within the application and shall take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Credits Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9.1
The formation, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory laws.

9.2
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people’s court at the defendant’s domicile.
